CamScan, also known as, Cambridge Scanning, was a british maker of Scanning Electron Microscopes. They where at one point part of the Obducat Group . They produced various SEM models with Tungsten Hairpin, LaB5 and Schottky Field Emission Guns, as well as fully computer controlled SEM.
