Amray was a Manufacturer of Scanning Electron Microscopes from the Massachusetts, United States of America. In the 70's and early 80's they appear to have distributed their equipment via Ernst Leitz Wetzlar, though indications of "Made in Germany" on the Leitz AMR1000 and its use of Metric Screws seem to indicate a cooperative development of this model.
