The FusionScope is a novel combined Scanning Electron Microscope and Atomic Force Microscope combined into one. It allows samples to be observed by both techniques in the same instrument. The Microscope features a Schottky Field Emission Electron gun, and produces a resolution of c.a. 10nm with the SEM column, and far higher resolution with the AFM.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
