created basic summery of Amray and Its Machines
Amray was a Manufacturer of Scanning Electron Microscopes from the Massachusetts, United States of America. In the 70's and early 80's they appear to have distributed their equipment via [[Ernst Leitz Wetzlar]], though indications of "Made in Germany" on the Leitz AMR1000 and its use of Metric Screws seem to indicate a cooperative development of this model.
